Pastor Paul D. Landrew is the under-shepherd of an ever-expanding ministry that blends churches, fellowships and economic empowerment.  Being called into proclamation ministry in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he was licensed to preach by his pastor and biological father, Dr. Ernest Landrew at his home church St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Summit, Mississippi.  After relocating to Houston in 1988 for professional reasons, Pastor Landrew became affiliated with the St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Murdock D. Smith.  When Pastor Smith was called home, Pastor Landrew was confirmed as the fifth pastor of the St. Stephen Baptist Church. 

Since March 1993, God has worked through Pastor Landrew to bring about a diversified ministry with a central focus on soul-winning and reaching the lost.  From 50 families to well over 2000 families that call St. Stephen their spiritual home, God has truly given increase to the former seasons of planting and watering.  By being intentional in bringing about ministry initiatives such as the church’s first academy and child care facility, a thriving transportation ministry, multi-cultural church plants, a medical services ministry as well as a pastoral and church fellowship that focuses on mentoring and ministry development, God has been able to use Pastor Landrew to influence growth in the vast arena to which he has been called.

Pastor Landrew oversees, The Fellowship of Salt and Light International Ministries, which is called The Family of Churches which include Pastor’s and their Churches from South Africa, Argentina, Mexico and the USA.  He is President of The Landrew Group along with Paul D. Landrew Ministries and has recently launched an interactive living, teaching initiative titled “Growing in Every Direction”, which includes conferences and seminars aimed at teaching people how to let positive energy flow through 7 key dimension of their lives.

With a clear, concise and high energy style, Pastor Landrew deals boldly with a broad range of topics designed to help the willing to bring their lives into alignment with God’s will for an abundant kind of life.
